Saw Dr B the internist today.  No changes to bp meds or insulins, just to start my rapide when my 1 hr pc glucs are above 7.7-yay!  Still on 28units of nph at night, and doing glucs fasting, and 1hr pc, bp in office today was 120/70!  He's happy that I'm feeling movement, he doesn't do the doppler thing, not his dept.  Yay for a great appt!  Back in two weeks!
