Today's appt update

We met with Dr M today.  Just an office visit, so didn't look for a hb:(  Hoping all is well in there...

In talking with him, we decided we will not be doing the tri screen or the amnio.  We will trust in the process and take whatever we're blessed with.  What a huge relief!  We feel so much better that we met with him today.

He said to contact him in mid-June, and he should have the OR schedule by then, and he will schedule our repeat c/s for cpd at around 38.5 weeks!  He gave me the vbac option, but considering dh and I aren't skinny, and this is a gdm baby, and the first baby already got stuck, he's recommending a repeat, but its entirely up to me.  Dh and I decided just to book my c/s when its time. 
He's only doing surgery right now since we're short an ob, so my gp will continue to follow me until June, then Dr M will take over care.  Dh and I are happy with that, since my internist is doing all my gdm and bp stuff anyhow.

So glad we're skipping the amnio!
