27w1d!!

Wow, 2nd trimester here we are!!
All is well, I've had lower leg swelling from noon on since 26 weeks, left sciatic pain started yesterday right at 27 weeks.  Glucs are still okay after meals, currently only on 36 units of nph at night.  BP is stable.  My doc's been gone for two weeks, so I need to make an appt for this or next week, then its off to the ob!  Baby will be here in just over 11 weeks!
He's been transverse alot the past week, he's back down to vertex, I think since yesterday.  He's been moving lots and lots.  I'm sleeping decently but still up to pee at least 5 times in 7 hours, my best sleep is from 4-7am, but of course Nolan is in the bed by 6am, so that last hour is lost.  My night reflux has been bad the past ten days, always have a sore throat when I wake, I'm sure the tree fluff outside isn't helping that any.
Overall getting really tired during the day, two hour naps are nice if possible, but I sleep earlier if I don't nap.  No big cravings right now, except maybe salty and watermelon and strawberries.
I haven't bought anything recently at all, still need to dig out the Bjorn, monitor, and mobile.  I did buy a carseat cover on sale ten days ago, so that's done.   The basement bathroom guy was here yesterday, so he should be getting that done this week, and now we're still waiting on the electrician.  Someday this child will have a room ;)

breast pads, pads for me, nursing bras, four paci's
lots of diapers to size 2, soother clips, lots of wipes
ruffle and matching quilt, penaten daily cream, car seat cover
sticker for baby for van, Avent nipples in first three sizes-two of each
teething bibs, maybe a mobile left in garage
nip cream, diaper cream

need to get:
bouncy seat, single stroller, bath sling,  formula,  Halo bags, ocean sounds machine, bf cover
sew more large swaddle receiving blankets,  mobile
if I can't find an old one in garage, darkening shade on nursery window
