37w4d-NST today

So, they weren't seeing enough accels even after I'd just eaten lunch and a piece of dh's birthday cake; Dr T the ob on call came in to talk to me, does not like my decreased insulin need, is worried about the placenta, so we have a new plan.  NST#8 is tomorrow, and I'm booked for Sunday July 24th at 0930h.  Yikes!  There was some concern that he would be doing it today, so two days' notice is nice!  Of course if I go into labor, water breaks, start contracting, or baby moves less, to come in and he'll do me immediately prior to that.  So much for a nice, quiet, scheduled, elective repeat c/s!  Hoping baby's lungs are fine, but he's having the neonatologist present at birth anyhow.  Praying for good things!
