Good morning!

I weighed 228.7 this am!  Which is two pounds down from yesterday since I was salting up the night before.  Yesterday was hard, very snacky and craving chips last night.  But I ended up eating beef jerky and diet soda instead, better than chips, right? 

I haven't hit the treadmill since Monday-its so hard in the evenings and mornings are tough if dh is working or getting off nights.  I need to get my work membership in place and workout when the kids are in preschool 2-4times a week while I have my babysitter.  But I need to be a bit forgiving, if I watch my pts then I don't have to stress about exercise as much, or feel less guilty anyhow. 

I did my measurements this am.

hips-48"
wt 228.7lbs
34pts/day allowed

Today I will work on not eating after 6pm and getting 2l of water in before bed. 

I already feel leaner and more clear headed, much less bloated, less leg swelling-yay!
