Sunday

I was able to workout yesterday am since dh was home, I'm at 3.75miles/100!  That's three times further than I made it last challenge, lol!  He's at work today so I can't workout until tonight, but I am tracking today, its day 6!  I made a great veg soup for lunch, which is very filling and not many points.  I weighed 226.7 this am, I've had some high salt/sugar evenings the past few nights. 

I have been taking a multivite the past three days and working on my water, and I am much less hungry.  Even with my evening snackies I still have 26 flex pts left for the week, which I believe switches over tonight!  Yay me!  That even included two nights of portioning out chips and one movie night-we each took a large bag of smart pop and split a small regular buttered over them-not great but it was satisfying and fixed that craving-it worked!  Just need to buy a bigger purse, lol!


Mentally I'm feeling really good.  I'm motivated to eat less and track, to drink my water and to exercise when the opportunity arises.  Yesterday I put on a men's GAP xl hoodie that I bought three weeks ago, that was way too tight.  I wore it the past two days and felt great!  I can't wait until its loose!  I'm still in XL yoga pants but can slip into a large if its laundry day.  I'm wearing ON xxl ladies tees, jeans are size 18 and shirts still xl.  I can't wait for the day when I can get back into those size 12 jeans I was last in Feb 2009 when we went for IVF, I was 180lbs the morning I started injections.  That was three years ago, wow.  I can't wait!!!

My goals, 150lbs or size 8 which ever comes first.  My first pair of Wranglers will be a size 8 and I want a pair of pink FatBabies!

I hated it, but dh and I worked out at home tonight, I did 2.25miles=8/100!! Yay me!!
