The past three days have been hard, my internet's been out so I haven't been able to track decently on my phone or laptop. I know I'm under, and I am measuring my portions, but I've lost some stamina. It does help that I've lost 7 in ten days, but I need to re-focus. Internet should be back up tomorrow.
Tonight dh is at work and I broke my zero pts after 6 rule, I ate 9pts of chips and Runts-why did I do that?
My new treadmill is coming tomorrow!
