Its been awhile!
The past two weeks have been busy. I've been seeing Amy and Vanessa and doing work with them. I did a breathworks class one week ago. Just learning about forginess and loving myself, being gentle and kind with myself. I'm working at creating our sanctuary in our home, to create a place of peace and love and creativity and joy. Where we can feel free to be creative and loving and know we are in a safe place of love.
We've implemented house rules:
1-interrupt only in emergencies
2-hands to self
3-only food in your mouth
4-kind words, gentle hands and voices
5-safety: stairs, kitchen, parking lot, only hugs for family and high fives for everyone else
I am choosing to live a life without turning towards hurt and pain. I choose health, wealth, joy and love. These are my intentions each morning. I choose to be thankful for all gifts and lessons, even when they hurt. I choose to use mindful thinking, avoiding being completely in emotional or rational mind-to choose the middle ground, the wiser self. I can choose before I react. I can choose. I can have an amazing day, no matter what is happening around me. I can choose to trust and give and receive love. Have a blessed day!
