My depression kicked in hard this spring and summer, but I'm feeling like I am back on track and living life fully again.
I've been doing diving lessons, tap dancing with the kids, belly dancing, and now I've done two private ballet classes! I love ballet! I even bought pink shoes!
I've always wanted to do ballet, and now I can at 41 lol!
I love learning how to make my body do what my brain needs it to do.
My spirit is so young, I love this!
