I had the kids all day so my plan was off. But overall I made good choices. I want to be 102kg tomorrow.
I've been tired and achy all day.
After dropping off the kids at 6pm I stopped for groceries and prepped my vegs and protein. I feel good and prepared for another low carb day tomorrow.
I had the time to hit deep aquasize tonight but chose to stay home. I know I need to exercise daily. But I'm so tired and sore tonight.
I had my last physio appt today. She said my right ankle is at 99% of the left one!! She said that running will never be in my future. Nothing jarring. I can live with that.
I had so much fun with the kids this weekend. They're just so loving and sweet. I love their personalities.
