Day 5

I'm not sure what day it of this plan but it was a low carb.  I am getting so much energy after the breakfast shakes.  And I'm not hungry for 3 hours. 
I already notice my abdomen is less distended and I feel more energized all day.  I went to the pool and swim for half an hour. 
I was very tired this am but I did not sleep well last night.
Better rest tonight.

Leaving for vernon in am.
