Boring busy, in truth. Had an appt at the hospital at 10am, sitter came early, had to take Nolan with me-dh met us there, appt ended up being cancelled since I'm in my first trimester-figures. Oh well, we'll do it in the fall once fetie is here. Then took Noley to preschool, came home to relieve the sitter, the housecleaners had come and gone, woke up the kids, and picked Nolan up. His class had swimming today, he loves it since he gets to ride on a bus!
My glucs have been high fasting, and after meals. I suspect I will be getting my first insulin dose tomorrow before bed. I'm feeling really discouraged that my numbers are going up so soon, like I have no control over this at all. I guess I don't. I see my internist tomorrow, and I'm dreading it. I sort of hoped that if I was being good, I could prevent going on insulin this pg, but I guess that's not going to happen. Oh well, whatever keeps baby and I healthy, right?
