He gained again!!  He went through a growth spurt the past 24 hours, lots of eating and sleeping going on, he seems to be settled back down tonight.  Still BF and drinking approx 30mls FF every 2-4hours.  Luckily the 2hr feeds remain by day.  He's got a little bleeding bum, likely from me eating shrimp the other night, plus I tried a new pack of nb enviro diapers from President's Choice.  But the A&D bum cream is really helping, and he doesn't seem to be too uncomfortable.  Saw our doctor today, said my cbc and tsh were fine, and said to start Maxeran.  I suspect the LC will be calling me tomorrow so I will confirm that with her before I start.  It supposedly worsens depression in pp moms.  Like I want to deal with that.  I took the baby uptown by myself to run errands and do our appt, we were there 4 hrs and he slept through most of it though I ff him at the doc's office for a few minutes.  Otherwise he slept.  Joseph is such a good baby!  I feel good, taking nothing for pain except for my spinal headache, still scan lite pink, some afterpains with BF still but nothing major.  My supply hasn't seemed to increase, babe isn't nursing longer and isn't taking less formula.  Hoping things increase soon so we can stop using that dreaded, stinky formula, but its helping him grow so I guess it has its place.  This Kirkland brand is so stainy, yuck!  The photographer is coming to the house tomorrow for family and nb pics, hoping it goes well! I've been able to sleep on my sides for the past five nights or so, it really helps with my headaches.  I can't believe how great I feel for being only 2 weeks post op!  My left foot edema went away five days ago, the right still gets swollen when its down, but today its much improved.
