I saw the LC yesterday and Joseph is now above bw, and that was just before a feed!  She said the problem is maternal supply vs a baby feeding issue.  She said to stay on the Dom at 30mg tid, to NOT start the Maxeran since it crosses the blood brain barrier, and to start back on my Metformin since IR and PCOS can have  a very significant effect on supply.  I started my Met today at supper and I'll increase half a tab per day and work back up to three tabs a day.  Barb the LC also gave me a handout on FF before offering BF and topping up with FF after if he's still hungry.  So now when he's hungry I offer 1-1.5ounces of formula, BF on both sides, then see if he's still cueing and offer another 1-1.5ounces of formula.  He's been very happy with that the past 24 hours, and I think he's actually taking less formula overall, and we both seem to be happier with him at breast, longer.  He's getting "milk drunk", and we're both not rushing to fly through the BF so we can finish him off with FF.  I feel better about it today. 
I feel good, some scar tugging sensations when I sit down quickly to my lower right abdomen near umbilicus, but I haven't used anything for pain at all in any form for over three days!  Prior to that was still Advil at night.  My headache got much better three days ago, but today it returned when I napped on the basement couch, maybe just the bad angle my neck was at.

Last night Joseph ate at 2100h and not again until 0230h!!!  It felt heavenly to get nearly three straight hours of sleep once I got to bed!  He then fed at 0530, 08, 10, 12, then 1645.  He's taking nearly two ounces of ff combined before and after his bf.  He's looking chunkier, he's already outgrown some of his nb sleepers, he's got such big feet!  He's also gotten a bit taller.  He's had a bleeding/irritated bum rash for five days now, I think I triggered it with a shrimp evening, and we've been trying to heal it ever since.  We've tried Desitin, Zincofax, and now we're onto the pasty Penaten in the tin.  Its hard since he's pooping with each diaper change.  He's not too uncomfortable, and it isn't thrush.  Just a hard to heal area. 

I ordered his birth certificate from AMA on Aug 9th, and I also put him on my GPRC benefits plan that day.  I'm tired today.
