Not a whole lot to update.
Nolan-really engaged at school right now, he's doing really well with his alphabet. We're still doing sight cards, he knows all alphabetic upper and lowercase letters, and knows his numbers well from 1-10 and okay from 11-20. We've also started doing some sightwords such as up, see, here, look, can. He's learning to sound them out. His cutting skills have improved alot in a month, he's managing to cut around things. His coloring and pencils skills are also alot better, we're working on an alphabet workbook, and I showed him his last name yesterday and he just needs a bit more practice with that. His speech is also coming along nicely, so much for that little brain to work on the past four weeks!
Elizabeth started prek at LLP on Jan 4th and she's doing great! Not one tantrum yet, she sometimes tries to get her with with transitioning from one activity but teacher said she is really agreeable to change. She's busy doing crafts and stories, learning shapes and letters. She loves the songs! She's also picking up on the sight cards, it seems like she's not paying attention but she'll often say a letter that the boys don't know, so she's listening! We are so proud of her!
N and E started swimming lessons last week, N is in Level 1 and E is in salamander, both unparented. They like it alot, esp at the new pool. We had to miss this week since the weather was insanely cold.
Arthur and Theodore-I really want them in the spring nursery at the College for March 24th but they have to be PT'd, and we're not working on that again. Maybe this weekend when dh is home we'll pull out those potties and get going on it. I have to registered them by the 24th so this weekend is important! They also shout out the sight cards at times, so they're also listening:)
Joseph is 25 weeks, working so hard to sit up with help, spins in his exersaucer and started jumping in his jumperoo this week! He's such a joy! Up 0-1x at night depending on growth spurts. No solids yet but soon enough, he will be 6mos on the 24th, wow! One year ago we were so afraid we would lose him, and here he is! No rolling yet, but he's discovered those amazing feet and tries to blow bubbles and mimic mouth clicking. He's really good at holding toys now and loves grabbing and biting things! He's doing two good naps a day in his crib, he's such a nice and happy baby:)
