I got on my treadmill this am and did 1.5miles!! I hit one mile and the music was good so I kept going, yay me! I'm a bit hungry today, but I didn't eat breakfast and am not drinking enough water, also Jeremy is away for meetings today so maybe I'm a bit lonely.
I took the two boys for pool therapy today, they both have great therapists and love the water! They get so much more range in the pool, then have a nice stretch in the hottub afterwards, its always a great time for them!
Four kids are in bed, Jeremy won't be home tonight, and I'm wondering how I'm going to curb my eating out of loneliness, which is common for me in the evening. I can call friends and family, I can keep myself busy with schoolwork and organizing my office. I can eat carrots and diet soda instead of chips, too. I can journal. I can catch up on my bible studies and my recorded shows. There are so many more things that I can do if I'm bored than snack. For the rest of my long, healthy life. I am worth it.
