I did training session #2 plus an hour of yoga today! My abs were soooo sore from Tuesday, but we did legs, and then the hour of yoga really helped stretch me out, and I feel pretty good right now.
Saw my worker Helen today, and I will start an emo reg group next week to learn some skills to better manage my overreactions and anxiety.
I am mentally and physically exhausted right now, so I snuck in a 2hr nap this afternoon while the nanny was here. I feel refreshed right now and am doing an online teaching session tonight in about 45 minutes. Yoga really helped me focus on nothing, often my mind would wander but it was pretty easy to slip back into listening to my breathing. How restorative!
