Weekend Workout

I did one hour of yoga yesterday and another one today!  I already look and feel so much leaner in the belly area.  I'm also sleeping better, and much more aware of what and how much I am eating!  Its nice to dedicate time just for me that doesn't involve driving kids around or working on school or student stuff.  I've clocked 6hrs of exercise this week!
