Training Tuesday D1

221lbs this am
This morning, I do my first group training session with my personal trainer RLG then I will do my first ever Hatha yoga class. 
I will commit to this plan for three months minimum, train twice a week, a third day of cardio on top of that, plus three yoga classes a week.
Courage, Strength, Believe!

I cannot control the things I've been handed in life, but I can absolutely control what I do today.

Update: It was hard and shitty and uncomfortable, and I did it!!  I did 30 mins of hard cardio, 30 mins of hard weights, and then a 1hr yoga class!!  I'm calling that 6miles for sure for today!! 

I felt so good and accomplished during and afterwards.  It was nice to be able to run/walk/climb and listen to music and think about all the things that are making me stressed, and literally walking them off!  Amazing!  Then I took off my tshirt and wearing a yoga top, I've NEVER done that before in front of anyone, and I did my first yoga class!  Amazing!
